My Story
For years, I struggled with chronic back pain due to demanding jobs and later an office role, which only made things worse. After trying various therapists and endless hospital visits that resulted in stronger painkillers, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I gained qualifications in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, discovering techniques that finally helped me manage my pain.
Experience
Through my clinical practice and experience at large sports and charity events like the London Triathlon or Marathon, I have gained valuable insights into muscle issues and effective treatments. I tailor every session to your unique needs, incorporating massage, sliding cupping, and assisted stretching.
